I do maintain my integrity

Job 2:3 - Then the Lord said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason.

Job 2:9 - His wife said to him, "Are you still holding on to (maintaining) your integrity? Curse God and die!"

Job 27:5,6 - I will never admit you are in the right; till I die, I will not deny (maintain) my integrity. I will maintain my righteousness and never let go of it; my conscience will not reproach me as long as I live.

Wow so this Senior Pastor also been regularly using the same words 'I do maintain my integrity' as is used in the book of Job. So what is portraying himself to be? That his being put on trial is because of a contest between Satan and God? That it does not matter to him how severe this trial and the consequences of the sentence will be when he is found guilty because as long as he does not deny his faith in God, that non-denial is proof that he is innocent of all charges. Wow, so now the man is portraying that he is just a pawn of heaven is it? No wonder God has to apologize to him for making him undergo this trial.

It would be better for him to read Psalm 73:9-19; Their mouths lay claim to heaven, and their tongues take possession of the earth. Therefore their people turn to them and drink up waters in abundance. They say, "How can God know? Does the Most High have knowledge?" This is what the wicked are like---always carefree, they increase in wealth. Surely in vain have I kept my heart pure; in vain have I washed my hands in innocence.... When I tried to understand all this, it was oppressive to me till I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood their final destiny.  Surely you place them on slippery ground; you cast them down to ruin.  How suddenly are they destroyed, completely swept away by terrors!

For some pride is their necklace

IRAS pay attention. This one really money no enough?

This is the book (Vol 1 & Vol 2) that contained the plagiarised articles from different writers e.g. Buzzell and Boa, Rick Warren, Prince, etc. Furthermore, the book has been translated into Malay and Mandarin as well. Isn't that a lot of money from the sales proceeds? Let's say congregation size minus visitors is 25K pax. That means 25000 x 2 books x $14 equals how much? Easily $700K. And I am sure the cool moneyed crowd will buy more than 2 to "encourage" him and give to their friends. Even if half the 25k people buy 1 set, that is easily $350K. On top of that, it is translated into Malay & Chinese as well, obviously for CHCKL to sell because this Attributes Malaysian website. It can be sold in Indonesia as well. Then the Mandarin copy can be sold in Taiwan as well. Wahhh THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY for copying other people's articles.

What did he do with the money?. I haven't heard of any offer to return the money because of the plagiarised articles. If you get your money from questionable means, wouldn't you offer to pay it back if you are found out? The courts make tax evaders pay a penalty to ensure they do not profit. But how is it that plagiarism can make a profit?

On top of that, I have not heard this Senior Pastor tell publicly to his followers that they don't need to raise funds for him. Can he dare claim he has got no money to pay for himself? Why is he keeping silent instead of saying "yes I can pay" or "no, I cannot pay"? On top of that, he dare say that his father-in-law is the cause why he is free.

Kong Hee arrested

http://news.asiaone.com/News/Latest%2BNews/Singapore/Story/A1Story20120626-355491.html

The truth is out now. Kong Hee and four disciples charged with $24 million CBT and falsifying of accounts. The arm of the Lord is never too short.

Job 18:5-21
5 “The lamp of the wicked is snuffed out;  the flame of his fire stops burning.
6 The light in his tent becomes dark; the lamp beside him goes out.
7 The vigor of his step is weakened; his own schemes throw him down.
8 His feet thrust him into a net and he wanders into its mesh.
9 A trap seizes him by the heel; a snare holds him fast.
10 A noose is hidden for him on the ground; a trap lies in his path.
11 Terrors startle him on every side  and dog his every step.
12 Calamity is hungry for him; disaster is ready for him when he falls.
13 It eats away parts of his skin; death’s firstborn devours his limbs.
14 He is torn from the security of his tent and marched off to the king of terrors.
15 Fire resides[a] in his tent; burning sulfur is scattered over his dwelling.
16 His roots dry up below and his branches wither above.
17 The memory of him perishes from the earth;  he has no name in the land.
18 He is driven from light into darkness and is banished from the world.
19 He has no offspring or descendants among his people, no survivor where once he lived.
20 Men of the west are appalled at his fate; men of the east are seized with horror.
21 Surely such is the dwelling of an evil man;  such is the place of one who knows not God.”

Jesus was rich? ROFL hahahaha

I wonder how is it that some churches can have teachers who dare to teach that Jesus was rich, not poor. I wonder why some sheep can really live up to their names and be that stupid to believe such teachings. No wonder they get fleeced, metaphorically speaking.

This is their reasoning. He had a treasurer who even stole and keep stealing without anyone noticing the difference. They met in his house. He was presented with treasures from wise men when He was born. His clothes He wore were divided by the guards.

He had a treasurer? Please lahhh, it was the tradition in those days for one person to hold the money for the band of companions. It was not Jesus’ money that Judas held but everyone in the travelling party. Its like when we were young, we went out as friends and we would all give to one person who would then pay the expenses for all.

Did Jesus have any money? Look at Luke 8:1-3 “After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; Joanna the wife of Cuza, the manager of Herod's household; Susanna; and many others. These women were helping to support them out of their own means.” If Jesus was rich, that means he must have been very unprincipled to live off these women when he had money.

He had a house? Big deal! It just means he was not homeless not that he was rich. How big was Jesus' house? How lucrative was being a carpenter? Being a carpenter was more like being a labourer than being a businessman. The rich of Jesus’ time were the businessman merchants and traders. The rest were just labourers.

He was presented with treasures? How much did he get? If Jesus was rich, why would he say the Son of Man had no place to rest his head? Did he wear fine clothes? Really?

The soldiers tossed lots for his clothes? It was a tradition of that time for the executioners to cast lots for the condemned's belongings much like an executioner's fee. The soldiers were not doing it because they had been squabbling over who gets his rich clothes. Does anyone think that whatever robe Jesus had that perhaps it could even have been the purple robe that Herod draped over him and not Jesus' own?

The clearest evidence is that his parents were poor despite the claims that he got treasure from the Magi. Look at Luke 2:22-24. Jesus’ parents offered a sacrifice of “a pair of doves or two young pigeons”. Look at Lev 12:7b-8, “These are the regulations for the woman who gives birth to a boy or a girl. If she cannot afford a lamb, she is to bring two doves or two young pigeons, one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering.Jesus' parents could not even afford a proper sacrifice of a lamb even at his birth. So Jesus’ parents were poor and he was poor.

Please lahhh, Christians, God has given you a sound mind. Don’t embarrass God’s gift to you by not using it.
