I do maintain my integrity

Job 2:3 - Then the Lord said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil. And he still maintains his integrity, though you incited me against him to ruin him without any reason.

Job 2:9 - His wife said to him, "Are you still holding on to (maintaining) your integrity? Curse God and die!"

Job 27:5,6 - I will never admit you are in the right; till I die, I will not deny (maintain) my integrity. I will maintain my righteousness and never let go of it; my conscience will not reproach me as long as I live.

Wow so this Senior Pastor also been regularly using the same words 'I do maintain my integrity' as is used in the book of Job. So what is portraying himself to be? That his being put on trial is because of a contest between Satan and God? That it does not matter to him how severe this trial and the consequences of the sentence will be when he is found guilty because as long as he does not deny his faith in God, that non-denial is proof that he is innocent of all charges. Wow, so now the man is portraying that he is just a pawn of heaven is it? No wonder God has to apologize to him for making him undergo this trial.

It would be better for him to read Psalm 73:9-19; Their mouths lay claim to heaven, and their tongues take possession of the earth. Therefore their people turn to them and drink up waters in abundance. They say, "How can God know? Does the Most High have knowledge?" This is what the wicked are like---always carefree, they increase in wealth. Surely in vain have I kept my heart pure; in vain have I washed my hands in innocence.... When I tried to understand all this, it was oppressive to me till I entered the sanctuary of God; then I understood their final destiny.  Surely you place them on slippery ground; you cast them down to ruin.  How suddenly are they destroyed, completely swept away by terrors!

For some pride is their necklace
